Lisbon Retreat schedule

Thursday 3rd October – Chill, Unwind & Connect with Yourself.
Arrivals from 1 pm onwards for lunch.
Unpack baggage (external and internal) and relax (snacks will be available)
6 pm                     An inner child yoga flow with hula hoop and yoga nidra (meditation)
7.30 pm                Vegetarian supper
8.30 pm                Relaxed evening fun with mindful games and getting to know each other.

 

​Friday 4th October – Forest Adventures
8 am                      Tea and fruit 
9 am                      Silent disco fitness in nature'
10.30 am               Breakfast
                                Free time
1.30 pm                 Lunch
                                Free time 
3 pm                       Mindful photography & an introduction to foraging
5 pm                       Yin/Yang yoga & transformational breathing
7 pm                       Vegetarian supper
8.30 pm                  Voice meditation/ breathwork around the campfire

 

Saturday 5th October – Fire up the Imagination
8 am                       Tea and fruit 
9 am                       Yoga for inner energy and strength (balancing our energy points – chakras)
10 am                     Breakfast
                                Free time
1 pm                       Lunch
                                Free time 
3 pm                      Creating through meditation (with drawing and plasticine)
5 pm                      Yoga for relaxation and yoga nidra (visualisation and sleep meditation)
7 pm                      Vegetarian supper
8.30 pm                 Voice meditation/ breathwork around the campfire

 

Sunday 6th October– Stronger in mind, body and spirit
7.30 am                Morning meditation for early risers
8 am                     Tea and fruit 
9 am                     Silent disco fitness in nature'
10 am                   Breakfast
Departure for the beach (15mins by taxi) or centre of Lisbon (30 mins by taxi)
