during the next 75 minutes!

Each topic introduces a guest teacher to bring a different perspective on a topic. Previous guest teachers

Empowering moves

Tuesday, January 26th 2021 @ 7.30 pm till 8.45 pm (UK Time) via Zoom

Kicking off our lively series of workshops by getting into the core of what empowerment is, why it means different things to different people, women we think are empowering and, empowering moves we can adopt in our lives! This lively event will be an experience to learn, observe and interact. We will end with a yoga nidra (sleep meditation) to get you feeling nice and relaxed for the rest of your evening. With guest teacher Helen Slater showing us how Emotional freedom technique (EFT) can make us feel more empowered.

Investment £7.50 or £35 paid in advance for all six sessions.

Challenging our self-limiting beliefs

Tuesday, 23rd February @ 7.30 pm till 8.45 pm (UK Time) via Zoom

The focus will be on empowering ourselves by challenging our self-limiting beliefs, ways to disempower our inner critic and, making more room for our own self-power. We will end with a creative meditation to visualise our best self. Guest teacher tbc.

Investment £7.50

Speaking out!

Tuesday 23rd March @ 7.30 pm till 8.45 pm (UK Time) via Zoom

Women get interrupted a lot, or people talk over them especially in the workplace where many women end up not speaking out or using their voice enough. Time to change that, in the words of American diplomat, Madeleine Albright "It took me quite a long time to develop a voice, and now that I have it, I am not going to be silent." We will end with a visualising meditation on being confident to use our voice. Guest teacher tbc.

Investment £7.50

Let's talk about impostor syndrome

Tuesday, 20 April 7.30 pm till 8.45 pm (UK Time) via Zoom

What exactly is impostor syndrome, why does it affect so many people and, how can we lessen its impact on our lives? An interactive exploration on a

topic which has way more influence over us than it should! We will end with a meditation where we visualise getting rid of imposter syndrome. Guest teacher tbc.

Investment £7.50

Vulnerability as a power

Tuesday, 18th May 7.30 pm till 8.45 pm (UK Time) via Zoom

Who would have thought vulnerability would be empowering? It is only since Dr. Brené Brown, a research professor who got the world to notice this feeling more, in one of the most-watched TED talks of all time! For this last session in the series, we dissect vulnerability and explore how this feeling can empower us more. We will end with a meditation to embrace our vulnerability. Guest teacher tbc.

Removing the blocks to confidence

Tuesday, 15th June 7.30 pm till 8.45 pm (UK Time) via Zoom

It's last one in the series of workshops so we'll be talking about ways to become more confident by removing the blocks and, asking what we would like to be more confident in? We'll be doing some improvisation games for this final session to get you feeling more confident plus a meditation where we visualise our confident self. Guest teacher tbc.

Investment £7.50
